So — been on this thing for maybe six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me last week. I’m in the UK, mostly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, just so you know where I’m coming from.
What got me on it was genuinely pretty stupid — I never could figure out what an e/w payout actually came to once you get five places instead of three. I’d just eyeball it and get a shock. Now I type the odds in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.
Their single bet calculator tool is the part I open most — type in the price and your stake and it shows returns straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. It also handles the fiddly ones — trebles returns, a lucky 15, yankees, and that’s where I always mess it up. Have a go yourself, it’s over at matched betting calculator excel and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.
What really changed how I bet was the more serious bits. The odds-to-probability converter which shows you what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly staking calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are terrifying. The dutching one is handy too if I’m covering two or three runners.
Couple of gripes. Its interface feels a bit basic — zero polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On my phone it’s usable although the bigger tables are a squeeze. Also there’s nothing on the app store, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me but worth saying.
Right, that’s me. Free, barely any ads, does the job. Anyone who honestly adds it up in their head, give it a go — saved me plenty of arguments with the bookie.

Started imagining how I would explain the topic to someone else after reading, and a look at mivarotrustco gave me more material for that imagined explanation, content that improves my own ability to discuss a topic is content that has actually transferred knowledge rather than just decorating my screen for a few minutes.

Now sitting back and recognising that this was a small but real win in my reading day, and a stop at trivoxcore extended that quiet win, the cumulative effect of small reading wins versus the cumulative effect of small reading losses is real over time and this site is contributing to the wins side of that ledger.

Right — have been messing about with this thing for something like a few months now and it’s stuck on my phone, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me the other day. Am in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.
The reason I started using it was genuinely pretty stupid — I never could figure out what an e/w return actually was once you get five places instead of three. I’d just guess and get a shock. Now punch the numbers in before every slip, even a simple single bet.
The single bet calculator is the one I open most — you put in the price and your stake and you get profit and total return with no faffing, fractions or decimals. There’s also the multiples — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, and that’s where I always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at how to calculate implied probability with decimal odds — free, no signup.
One thing that actually shifted things for me was the more serious tools. They’ve got an implied probability thing and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly staking tool — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. Dutching calculator gets used a fair bit if I’m spreading across selections.
It’s not perfect mind. Its design feels a bit basic — not much polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it works though the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. There’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — doesn’t bother me but you asked.
Right, that’s me. Costs nowt, no ads shoved in your face, works. Anyone who still does the maths on paper, give it a go — it’s saved me plenty of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

Took something from this I did not expect to find, and a stop at xelarionet added another unexpected useful piece, content that exceeds expectations rather than just meeting them is the kind that builds enthusiasm and earns repeat visits without any explicit ask from the writer or platform behind the work being read.

Walked away in a slightly better mood than when I started reading, that says something about the writing, and a stop at strategicbusinessalliances kept that going, content that leaves you feeling more capable rather than overwhelmed is the kind I keep coming back to again and again over the years and across many topics.
PerryRit
Adding this to my list of go to references for the topic, and a stop at zavirolinecore confirmed the rest of the site deserves the same, definitely the kind of resource that earns its place rather than getting forgotten the moment the next interesting article shows up in my feed somewhere else on the web.

Even from a single post the editorial care is clear, and a stop at xanerobond extended that care across more pages, the kind of attention to quality that shows up in every paragraph is what separates serious sites from the rest and this one has clearly invested in that paragraph level attention across what I have read.
