5.1. Customers must ensure that their cargo is properly packed and secured for transportation.
5.2. Customers are responsible for any necessary permits, licenses, or documentation required for the shipment of their cargo.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by inadequate packaging, improper labeling, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
6.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon delivery and transit times, but these are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.2. The Company is not liable for any delays or losses due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, accidents, or road closures.
7.1. The Company carries insurance coverage for its transportation services, but this coverage may not fully protect the customer’s cargo. Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance if necessary.
7.2. The Company’s liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the terms of our insurance policy and applicable laws.
8.1. Customers may cancel bookings subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided during the booking process.
8.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
9.1. The Company may collect and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.
